Management of ship calls in internal and external systems (opening, control of arrival/departure forecasts and closing of calls) in the Ports of Sines and Leixões;
Preparation of orders, insertion and verification of all documentation and services related to the ship's call in the 24 hours preceding the ETA;
Provision of assistance to the Commander and other crew during their stay in port;
Management of cargo files (OBL's) for MSC planning centers for ships calling at Sines and Leixões;
Crew change management (hotels / SEF documentation / transport);
Management of unloading and loading of ship parts and preparation of customs applications;
Marking of supply orders (groceries, spare parts, stalls, etc.);
Organization of parts and TNT/DHL/UPS/Etc mail (reception, registration, physical organization, onboard delivery and shipping).
Skills
