Group Project Superintendent

Job Responsibilities

BSM is looking for a Group Project Superintendent for Smart Maintenance project to develop our vessel operations. The Smart Maintenance uses vibration analysis and measurement. This position is based in India (Kochi Office) of Bernhard Schulte.

 

Roles & responsibilities:

• Monitoring & managing the development, implementation, and support of SMART project within BSM
• Monitoring the status of assigned SMART project, timely implementation of actions
• Responsible for the testing of every PAL development, before released in Production
• Liaising directly with shore and onboard teams appointed to coordinate roll out various SMART project phases, to monitor and direct successive batches of ships in roll out
• Managing the project team and chairs the frequent project meetings to discuss the ongoing process
