Job Description


Administrative support to the Marine & Offshore department .


  • Survey preparation – boarding pass/induction;
  • Travel planning;
  • Qualification monitoring (providing insights on planning trends) ;
  • Coordinate with other Admin teams (e.g. weekly T&E check, invoicing ) to ensure efficiency of the end-to-end process;
  • Timekeeping control and connection with HR Department;
  • Overtime control and connection with HR Department;
  • Vacation control and connection with HR Department;
  • Organization of M&O Department files;
  • Monitoring of M&O Mailboxes (M&O and BVS);
  • PPE control;
  • Safety Equipment control (multigas meter, safety harness);
  • Conference of documents;
  • Preparation of meetings and the minutes of meetings;
  • Issuance of Purchase orders and payment bills;
  • Collection of service supplier reports ;
  • Planning and organization of events;
  • Support to internal and external clients;
  • International telephone service;
  • Reception of clients;
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet, etc) and the software used by BV.
  • Written and Spoken Fluency in foreign languages (at least English);
  • Assertive and efficient communication;
  • University graduation
