Quality Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Provide assistance in the administration, planning and any support in the day-to-day activities.

Assist in the implementation of ISO 9001

Manage audit plan, audit reports and non-compliance's (NC) closure of the company.

Contribute to audit preparation, realization and follow-up.

Ensure the efficient performance of the corresponding Quality Management System (QMS) Site.

Prepare reports, meetings, presentations, surveys and communication.
Assist the Quality Manager in organisation, administration, planning and any support in the day-to-day activities.

Coordinate amongst different departments for all quality related issues.

Make regular follow-ups with various stakeholders for audit NC closure.

Support departmental reporting, collection and filing of data.

Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Management

The Quality Coordinator reports directly to the Quality Manager.


Hold a Diploma in Quality Management or alternate relevant qualification
Have at least 2 years' experience in quality in an assistantship position in oil and gas company or relevant industry
Have good listening and communication skills
Sound organisation skills and rigorous with a professional approach at all times.
Ability to work on multiple projects, proactive, prioritize matters and meet deadlines.
Willing to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel skills.
A good command of French and English is essential.
