Training Manager
Job Responsibilities
Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of Public Training and the supply of the training services (in-house and public), in accordance to DNV policies, procedures and instructions. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager. The Major Areas Of Responsibility Are
- Ensure and improve effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and delivery of public training;
- Guarantee the quality of services for public training (customer satisfaction);
- Ensure the alignment of public training proposal and delivery with Corporate offers and delivery;
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training in Japan;
- Cooperate with other functions in order to calibrate our public training offers with market and customers’ expectations;
- Cooperate with Communication function in order to schedule an efficient marketing campaign for public training in line with market and customers’ expectations;
- Monitor the enrollment of participants to Public Training sessions and in-house offers for up-to-date market analysis;
- Manage the entire process of printing/delivery of materials, including management of external suppliers, logistics arrangements, etc;
- Cooperate and support other functions (sales) in order to identify customer needs for in-house training.
